Repair request
Fields marked * are needed to book your visit. Everything else helps us bring the right materials.
Repairs we take on
Most of the jobs we are called to are one of these. If yours is not listed, describe it in the form and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people.
Leaks and water stains
Tracking down the true source of a drip, damp patch or ceiling stain instead of guessing at the top of it.
Missing and lifted shingles
Replacing blown-off, cracked or curling pieces and re-sealing the rows around them.
Flashing and chimneys
Resealing and renewing the metalwork where roofs meet walls, chimneys and pipe collars.
Valleys and seams
The channels where two roof slopes meet take the most water — a common quiet failure point.
Skylights and vents
Chasing leaks that only appear around glass, roof windows and extraction vents.
Storm, wind and hail
Damage surveys, emergency covering and the paperwork photos an insurer will ask for.
Gutters and edges
Drip edges, fascia and gutter runs that let water back under the roof covering.
Emergency cover
Tarps and temporary sealing to stop the water while a proper repair is arranged.
Three steps, no surprises
The same sequence on every job, whether it is one slipped tile or storm damage across the whole roof.

We inspect and photograph
We get on the roof, find the actual cause, and show you what we found.
You approve, we repair
A written price first. Work only begins when you agree to it.
Questions we get asked
Short answers. Anything else, put it in the form.
How much does a roof repair cost?
It depends on how much is wrong and where it is. A small patch of flashing is a very different job from a valley rebuild or storm damage. Because of that we price after the inspection and give it to you in writing, so you can compare it properly.
Do you charge for the assessment?
No. Looking at the roof and telling you what is wrong is free and carries no obligation to book the repair.
How quickly can you come out?
Active leaks and storm damage are treated as urgent and usually seen the same or next day. Planned work is normally booked within a week or two, depending on the weather.
Can you deal with my insurance company?
Yes. Tell us on the form that you are claiming, and we will document the damage with photos and a written scope you can send to your insurer.
Will you have to replace the whole roof?
Usually not. Most leaks are fixed with a localised repair. If the covering is at the end of its life we will say so plainly and set out the options, including a repair-only route if it is safe.
Wet weather — will you still come?
For an active leak yes: we can often trace it in the rain and cover it. Some repairs have to wait for a dry day, and we will tell you when that is the case.
What about access, pets and parking?
Use the access box on the form. Gates that need a code, a dog in the garden, a car in the drive or nobody home — all of it helps us turn up prepared.
Do you guarantee the repair?
Yes, our workmanship is guaranteed. We will confirm the cover period in writing with your price before you commit.
